Two weekends ago I went to an AMAZING Yoga conference Being Yoga in NYC hosted by http://www.eomega.org/. Highlights include a keynote talk from Entrepreneur and Goodwill Ambassador Russell Simmons, Meditation with Jack Kornfield, a Kiritan with Dharma Mittra, and Hot, Hip & Holy yoga with Jivamukti Yoga founder David Life.
